Privacy Policy
Notice on the processing of personal data pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1. Data Controller
The Data Controller for the personal data collected through this website is Bianchi Group Srls, registered office at Via del Selciatore 13, 40138 Bologna (BO), Italy, VAT number IT03319101204, reachable at info@bianchigroup.it.
2. Data collected
This website is currently intended primarily as an informational showcase. Personal data is collected only when voluntarily provided by the user, for example by sending an email or filling in the contact form (name, company, email address, phone number, message content). The site does not use profiling cookies or website traffic analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
3. Purpose and legal basis
Data submitted through the contact channels is processed to respond to inquiries and to manage any resulting business relationship (legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR; legitimate interest in handling inquiries received, Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
4. Processing methods
Processing is carried out using IT and/or paper-based tools, with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated, and in any case in a manner that ensures the security and confidentiality of the data. Access to the data is limited to authorized Bianchi Group Srls personnel.
5. Data disclosure
Data is not disclosed to the public. It may be shared with third parties acting as data processors or independent controllers (for example, the hosting provider and the email-delivery providers described below) solely for the purposes described above.
6. Third-party services and data transfer
This website loads typefaces via Google Fonts, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited. Loading this external resource may involve transmitting the user's device IP address to Google's servers. For further information, please refer to Google's own privacy policy.
The contact form sends the message directly from the user's browser, via the EmailJS service (EmailJS Inc.), to a mailbox managed through Google/Gmail, without passing through this website's own servers. Data entered in the form (first name, last name, email, phone, company, sector and any message) is therefore transmitted to the servers of EmailJS Inc. and Google LLC solely to deliver the inquiry to Bianchi Group Srls. These providers are based, and may process data, outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer relies on the safeguards adopted by each provider (including, where applicable, the European Commission's standard contractual clauses). For further information, please refer to the privacy policies of EmailJS and Google.
7. Retention period
Data collected through the contact channels is retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, should a business relationship be established, for the period required by applicable tax and civil law.
8. Data subject rights
At any time, the data subject may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15-22 GDPR, the right to: request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning them; obtain access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing; object to processing; request data portability. Requests can be sent to info@bianchigroup.it. The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
9. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Users are encouraged to review it periodically.
